SINGLE-WINE VINEGAR

Generally, wine vinegars are produced by combining several types of grapes. The single-wine vinegars come only from one type of grape and their main feature is to present all the flavor and aroma of grapes and wines from which they derive. They are full-bodied vinegars with an intense aroma.
They are ideal for salads, especially particular ones as the artichoke salad, the carpaccio of mushrooms, or cabbage. They are also suitable for the preparation of braised red meats, game and roasts.
