Our pickled vegetable preserves are a range of products with a low degree of acidity, high digestibility and a low caloric intake. Crunchy and light vegetables carefully selected and preserved in vinegar or in brine, ideal to accompany appetizers and entrees, to enrich rice salads or to give more flavor to salad.
