SOIL Medium texture, clayey
WINE-MAKING The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The musts obtained are placed in contact with the skins in containers of steel where the wine making takes at a controlled temperature. The contact with the skins permits a slight coloring of the wine which is then placed in steel autoclaves for the conversion into sparkling wine that lasts at least 40 days.
