osa di Borgoro, Spumante Extra Dry Rosé is a blend of red grapes vinified in rosé converted into sparkling wine with Charmat method.

WINE-MAKING | The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The musts obtained are placed in contact with the skins in containers of steel where the wine making takes at a controlled temperature. The contact with the skins permits a slight coloring of the wine which is then placed in steel autoclaves for the conversion into sparkling wine that lasts at least 40 days. |
