GRAPES 85% Glera, 15% blend of white grapes including Bianchetta Treviso, Chardonnay, long Glera, Perera.
SOIL Medium texture, clayey
WINE-MAKING The harvested grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The musts obtained are placed in containers of steel where the wine making takes at a controlled temperature. The wine is then placed in steel autoclaves for the conversion into sparkling wine that lasts at least 40 days.
