Salice Salentino DOP, takes its name from town site northwest of Lecce. The production area belongs to Salento.The territory of Salice Salentino is particularly suited for viticulture, which is here practiced so prevalent for centuries. There are two native grape varieties such as Negroamaro and Black Malvasia.

Goes well with first dishes with meat sauce and sauces in general, second ourses of red meats, roasts and grilled meats in the oven, shown with hard heeses. |
