  • Tenute Amelia - From the ancient vines of Aglianico and Nero di Troia of the area of Castel del Monte, it comes this great wine with a ruby red color tending to garnet with aging. The bouquet is characteristic and delicate and the taste is of full and harmonious. At the table it goes well with roast meat, cheese and nuts. It is suggested to serve at a temperature between 18° and 20°C, making it decant before serving.

  • Amelia Masi - SALICE SALENTINO - High quality wine made from Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, it shows a deep ruby red color. The bouquet is intense and complex with hints of morello cherry jam, dried plum, chocolate and vanilla. The flavor is strong, warm and harmonious, with an elegant background of very ripe fruit and spices. At the table it goes well with roasted red meats or stews, lamb, goat, aged cheeses.

  • Amelia Masi - PRIMITIVO DI MANDUARIA - Wine of great substance now famous all over the world. Its color is deep red. It has a fruity and complex bouquet of ripe red fruit in balanced fusion with decided spicy notes of wood. The taste is dry, warm, soft and persistent. It is a wine that goes great with roast meats, game, pasta dishes with meat sauces.

  • Amelia Masi - NERO DI TROIA -Typical Apulian wine of a purplish red color. The aroma is intense, with notes of black berries, viola and star anise. Great density and body in flavor, with a long palate of spicy black fruit. It is suitable for foods rich in flavors, roasted red meat, game, meats with strong sauces and aged cheeses.

  • Amelia Masi - NEGROAMARO -This wine is the soul of Salento. The color is garnet red and the scent is intense, with notes of Mediterranean macchia and eucalyptus. In the mouth the flavor is full, fruity, mineral and pleasant, slightly bitter, round and well-structured. Ideal with roasted red meat or stewed lamb, kid.

  • Amelia Masi-SALICE SALENTINO RESERVE-From the best grapes of our vines of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera with low yields we get our Reserve wine. It has a ruby red color with slightly orange hues by aging. The smell is intense, with notes of Mediterranean “macchia” and eucalyptus. Intense flavor of ripe red fruit as black cherry and currant, with light aromatic notes of spices and toasted bread. Excellent with pasta dishes and main courses of meat dishes.

  • UGOZANIER - Ancient grape of unknown origin, from long long time, it is a cultivar in the ionic land.According to some, the name derives from the dialect “niuru maru” to identify the wine bitterish flavor. More common, however, is the theory that the name derives from two words, latin NIGRA, and greek MAVRA. The two words indicate the black and it is believed that they were used in combination to underline the intense black color, is the skin of the grapes, that made the wine.....

  • Io Sono - Red wine of a ruby color and intense and persistent scent. Soft and full-bodied wine which is ideal with red meat, game and seasoned cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18° C.

  • UGOZANIER - Salice Salentino DOP, takes its name from town site northwest of Lecce. The production area belongs to Salento.The territory of Salice Salentino is particularly suited for viticulture, which is here practiced so prevalent for centuries. There are two native grape varieties such as Negroamaro and  Black Malvasia.
