 VINEYARDS  Vineyard bred in typical Apulian “alberello” (small tree)
 WINE-MAKING  prolonged maceration up to 20 days to obtain the maximum extraction of aromatic and coloring substances. Delestage, efitting and careful micro oxygenation allow to soften the imposing tannic richness
 MATURING  After fermentation, the wine is transferred and mature for 12 months where malolactic fermentation occurs. Not refrigerated nor filtered, the wine is then aged in the bottle before sale.
 TASTING NOTES COLOR  Purplish red color
 BOUQUET   Intense, with notes of black berries, viola and star anise.
 FLAVOR  Great density and body, with a long palate of spicy black fruit
