WINE-MAKING

The wine is made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with 10-12 days of maceration and daily refitting

 MATURING
After malolactic fermentation, a part of the wine matures in French oak barrels, while the remaining part is refined into steel.

COLOR Deep ruby red color
BOUQUET       Intense and complex with hints of morello cherry jam, dried plum, chocolate and vanilla.
FLAVOR Strong, warm and harmonious, with an elegant background of very ripe fruit and spices.
ALCOHOL 13.50%
SERVING TEMPERATURE 16 ° - 18 ° C.
FOOD PAIRING Excellent with pasta dishes and main courses of meat dishes.
STORING At the table it goes well with roasted red meats or stews, lamb, goat, aged cheeses.
