WINE-MAKING After natural decantation the must is separated from the dregs, inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation at a thermo-regulated temperature.
MATURING It rests in stainless steel autoclaves, then it is refrigerated and filtered. The packaging starts 2-3 months after harvest in order to guarantee a fresh and young flavor.
